Set in the picturesque village of Milton Combe, Brook Barn was a characterful property; a barn conversion with a conservatory that had become unusable. The space no longer served the home, leaving untapped potential for something far more practical.
Peninsula Custom Construction transformed the conservatory into an additional bedroom, carefully designed to complement the barn’s traditional character. Given the property’s location, specialist floodproofing measures were implemented, and the entire renovation was completed using locally sourced Yennadon Stone to ensure an authentic finish.
