Andy Vallance
Director
Andy is the Founding Director with 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has led multiple projects and grew up on a farm in Devon, developing a love for period properties. His eye for detail, combined with a passion for historic properties, makes for a winning combination. Outside of work, Andy keeps busy with his family and helps out on the farm, which is nestled in Dartmoor National Park.
Esther Fox
Director
Esther has many years’ experience running other successful businesses and assists Andy with company management, Human Resources and marketing.
Olivia McFarlane
Office Manager
Olivia joined Peninsula Custom Construction to take over managing the office, of which she does a sterling job. Olivia has a background in construction however outside of work her passion is horses and she competes nationwide.
