Loft conversion
For this job, we undertook the main structural work.
This included supporting the existing roof structure, whilst the old structural timbers were cut out. Also, new steels were set up into place and new supporting timbers and walls were built.
Upon completion of this stage, we then formed the new internal stud work, fitted new velux windows and installed a new oak staircase, finished with structural glass.
We finished off by fitting the Celotex insulation, as specified by the architect and plaster boarded the converted loft area, ready for it to be plastered.
